The business that I’m in is strictly referral-based. I am responsible for growing our organization, so when I began learning all of the ways that LinkedIn can help with that, I was ecstatic! In one of our initial coaching sessions with [Lindsey Stemann](http://www.linkedin.com/in/lindseystemann), she showed us how to do advanced searches of individuals and suggested great ways of how to get an introduction. I immediately started sending those out (while in the coaching session), and before she even left our office, I had responses from two particularly beneficial connections. One may be a fit for our role, and the other is so supportive that he’s made 5 more introductions!
